Abstract Submission Guideline
Researchers wishing to submit abstracts are requested to note the following points:
1. Abstracts must be submitted via the website as an oral presentation, poster, or video. Abstracts sent by fax, email, or postal mail will not be processed.
2. The presenter must be the one to submit the abstract.
3. Please ensure the following points are observed when completing the abstract submission The abstract and video submission form must be completed and submitted in English only. Due to time limits on the submission page, please type your abstract in Microsoft Word first and then copy it into the submission form.
* The article title should be as concise and descriptive of the content as possible.
* List the names of co-authors in the "Authors" section and specify the presenter in the "Presenting Author" section. *The presentation format (video, poster, or oral presentation) must be specified in the "Presentation Type" section.
* To submit an abstract for a poster or oral presentation, a maximum of 250 words must be entered into the relevant form; for a video presentation, the limit is 100 words. Submissions exceeding these limits will not be accepted.
* The subject line should indicate the primary topic of the submitted article. * The article abstract must follow the standard structure for scientific papers (including objective, methodology, findings, and conclusion). * With the exception of standard and commonly used abbreviations, any abbreviation used in the article must be written out in full in parentheses upon its first appearance.
Video
* If you are submitting a video as an article, your video must be less than 5 minutes long. Otherwise, it will not be accepted in this section.
* Submitted videos must be in MP4 format.
* The maximum size of the video file must be 75MB.
* The subject of the video may be an explanation of a procedure, or an adjustment in a surgical procedure, or an innovation that needs to be explained in video format.
* To send the video, use Google Drive if you have a Gmail account, and Drop Box if you have a Yahoo account.
* Send your video file to the Congress Secretariat via email at iuacongress2026@mail.ir
* Instructions for using Google Drive: First, open your Google Drive and select your file from the New section and then File Upload. After the file upload is complete, right-click on it and select the Get Link option and then the Copy Link option. Note that in the viewer section at the bottom of the created link, make sure the Anyone with this link option is selected. And finally, enter the copied link in the corresponding box on the article submission page.
* Instructions for using Drop Box: First, open Drop Box and select your file from the Upload File section, then click the Yahoo Mail option and then click Upload. After the upload is complete, select the Share option in front of the file and click the Get Link option and then the Copy Link option. Note that in this section, the setting section must be on the Anyone with this link can view option. And finally, enter the copied link in the relevant box on the article submission page.
For future editing, you can access the text of the article within a specified time frame by entering your Username and Password.
* Since the abstract will be published in the same form as submitted, it should be written in the correct style as much as possible and carefully checked for spelling errors.
* The sender will be notified of receipt of the abstract via email.
